What we build and fix

Six ways to work with us, from a first version to software that is already live. Every engagement starts with where your product is today.

  1. 01

    Build new software

From idea to a working first product.

For founders and teams starting from a brief. We scope, design, build, and launch web applications, MVPs, SaaS products, and internal tools. AI-assisted development where it speeds things up, human review on everything that ships.

    • MVP and SaaS development
    • Internal tools and admin dashboards
    • Customer portals
    • Authentication and access control
    • First deployment and handover
  2. 02

    Rescue stuck projects

Already stuck? Let's get your product moving again.

For projects that are late, half-finished, or left behind by a previous developer. We review the code and infrastructure, tell you plainly what can be kept, then stabilise and finish it to a release you can run.

    • Codebase and infrastructure review
    • Written keep, fix, or rebuild assessment
    • Takeover from a previous team
    • Stability fixes and unfinished features
    • Documentation and clean handover

  3. 03

    Maintain live software

Keep it running. Keep it improving.

For businesses with software already in use. A steady engineering retainer for fixes, security updates, dependency upgrades, performance work, and new features, so your product keeps pace with the business instead of slowly decaying.

    • Bug fixing and incident response
    • Security and dependency updates
    • Access and vulnerability reviews
    • Performance tuning and monitoring
    • Ongoing feature development
    • Monthly retainer or hourly timebank
    Improve an existing application
  4. 04

    Automate business operations

    Less manual work. Better-connected tools.

For teams copying data between spreadsheets, inboxes, and SaaS tools. We map the process, remove the repetitive steps, and connect the tools you already use with no-code platforms or custom code, whichever fits.

    • Process mapping and automation plan
    • Zapier, Make, and n8n workflows
    • Custom scripts and scheduled jobs
    • CRM, email, and spreadsheet automation
    • Document and report generation
    • AI steps where they are reliable

  5. 05

    Make AI-built apps production-ready

Built with AI. Finished with engineering.

For founders whose Lovable, Replit, or Claude Code app works in a demo but not with real users. We review the generated code, fix security and data gaps, add what is missing, and ship a version you can trust and extend.

    • Review of the generated code
    • Data model and schema cleanup
    • Auth, roles, and row-level security
    • Exposed keys and input validation
    • Refactoring for maintainability
    • Payments, email, and hosting setup

  6. 06

    Integrate, deploy, and scale

From disconnected systems to one working stack.

For companies whose software needs to talk to other software or run on firmer ground. We build API integrations, sync data between systems, set up deployment pipelines, and remove the bottlenecks that appear as usage grows.

    • REST and GraphQL APIs
    • Payment, CRM, and ERP integrations
    • Data sync and webhooks
    • Cloud deployment and CI/CD
    • Database optimisation and caching
    • Scaling and load handling

Not sure which of these you need? Describe where you are and we’ll suggest the right scope.

Project rescue

Stuck with an application that isn't finished?

Many products reach a demo and then stall: a developer leaves, a Lovable or Replit prototype breaks with real users, or nobody fully understands the codebase. We review what you have, say plainly what is solid and what is not, and give you a clear plan before any rebuild is proposed.

What we check first

  • Authentication, roles, and data access rules
  • Exposed keys, API validation, and error handling
  • Data model and database structure
  • Hosting, backups, and deployment setup

A review tells you what is solid and what is not. We do not promise a fix or a date before we have looked.

Automation

Automate the work your team does by hand

Most operations problems are not missing software but people moving information by hand between systems. We map the workflow, automate the repetitive steps, and connect the tools you already use, so information is entered once and lands everywhere it is needed.

Example: onboarding a new client

  1. 01

    Trigger · Proposal signed

An event starts the flow: a signed proposal, a form, a webhook, or a schedule.

  2. 02

    Process · Validate and route

Rules run without a person: the deal is marked won, details are checked, a kickoff checklist is generated.

  3. 03

    Integration · Three systems updated

A customer record lands in the CRM, an invoice draft in accounting, a project board in your PM tool.

  4. 04

    Outcome · Team notified

The team is notified, the client gets a welcome email, and nobody retypes anything.

Not every step can or should be automated. We map the process with you first and keep people in the loop where judgement is needed.

How we work

How a project runs

The same four steps whether we are starting from a brief or picking up software that already exists.

  1. 01

    Understand

We learn about your business, requirements, users, and product goals. For existing software, this starts with a review of what you already have.

  2. 02

    Build

We develop the interface, backend, database, and essential integrations, or fix and finish what is already there.

  3. 03

    Refine

We review functionality, access controls, performance, and maintainability before anything reaches real users.

  4. 04

    Launch

We prepare the application for deployment and help establish a reliable production setup, with support afterwards if you want it.

Scope, delivery timelines, and ongoing support depend on the project. We agree on all three before work starts, and revisit them when requirements change.

Why work with us

Why work with Evalyo

  • 01

    One team for every stage

New builds, rescues, maintenance, and automation handled by the same engineers, so nothing falls between vendors.

  • 02

    Honest assessment before promises

For existing software we review first and tell you what to keep, fix, or rebuild. No fixed quotes before we have looked.

  • 03

    Modern tools, human review

Claude Code, Replit, and Lovable used where they speed up delivery, with an engineer reviewing everything that ships.

  • 04

Security and access control built in

Authentication, authorization, and data access rules are designed in, not patched on later.

  • 05

    Maintainable code, practical architecture

Structure that the next developer can read and extend without a handover document.

  • 06

    Clear scope, clear communication

You know what is being built, what it costs, and what changes when requirements change.

Questions

Common questions

Can you take over an app built by another developer or agency?
Yes. We start with a review of the code, hosting, and accounts, then give you a written view of what to keep, fix, or rebuild. You decide what happens next with that in hand.
My Lovable or Replit app works in the demo but breaks with real users. Fix or rebuild?
Usually neither extreme. Most generated apps need their data model, access rules, and error handling hardened rather than a rewrite. We tell you which it is after a review, and we are honest when a rebuild is cheaper.
How does ongoing maintenance work?
A monthly retainer or an hourly timebank, agreed up front. It covers bug fixes, security and dependency updates, small features, and someone to call when something breaks.
How is pricing decided?
Fixed scope where the work is well defined, time and materials where it is not. For existing software we review first, then quote. You will not get a number before we have looked.
Do we keep ownership of the code and accounts?
Always. The repository, hosting, domains, and third-party accounts stay in your name from the first day, and we hand over documentation when the work ends.

A new product, a stuck project, an app that needs an owner, or a process you want to automate. Tell us where you are and we’ll suggest the right technical approach.

No commitment to start. We reply with questions, a technical approach, and an honest view of scope.
